Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time required to fall asleep. Valerian, Griffonia and Escolzia promote sleep. Passionflower, Lemon balm and Linden promote relaxation in cases of stress. 

DIRECTIONS
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking one tablet with 1mg melatonin just before going to bed.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Gluten free. Lactose free.
